We now offer free ground shipping on over 15,000 of our products.
This free shipping only applies to the product itself and not the
entire order. If you order multiple items you may still be charged
for shipping on the additional items. Handling fees are waived
on any order that has a free shipping item in it.

Our system is
linked to UPS for real time shipping charges. You pay less then the
UPS published shipping rates because we will subsidize the UPS
charge plus $1.50 for packing and handling. If you add any
item that has free shipping the $1.50 packing and handling fee will
We strive to maintain a real time inventory system which only
allows you to order items that are in stock at the time of your
order. However, no system is perfect. In the unlikely
event we are unable to fill your order or any part of your order, it
is our policy to ship whatever portion we have. All other items
will be canceled and a 100% refund for any item canceled will be
issued. If this happens and you need to reorder the item, just
check out the store. If the item is back in stock, the "Buy" button
will appear. If it is still out of stock, the "Buy" button is
replaced with a "Out of Stock" banner.
More details about our stock system: When a shopper places
items in their shopping cart, our stock will be reduced by
that quantity instantly. If a shopper fails to check out, the
items they selected will return to inventory automatically in about
one hour. Also, new inventory arrives and enters our system
continuously. Our inventories are re-calculated and updated for accuracy every hour. We do this to
ensure that we can provide the best accurate service possible to our
delivery dates are not guaranteed under any circumstances, regardless
of the method chosen for shipping.
All dates given, both verbally and
written, are estimates based on average movement of shipments. Any
order cancelled or returned due to shipping and/or delivering delays
are subject to all cancellation and return fees. In most cases
your order is shipped the same day or by the next business day.
Priority is given on any air shipment to try and get it out the
same day but this is not guaranteed. Generally 11:00 AM
Central time is the cut off for most same day shipments.

have several shipping location around the country. When
possible we try to ship every thing together. If not,

Refused or undeliverable packages:
If you refuse delivery of a package or the address you gave us is
incorrect and/or undeliverable, you will be charged shipping fees
both to you and shipping fees to our warehouse, plus the standard

If you provided an incorrect address or require the package to be directed
to the correct address or an alternate location, you will be charged an
additional $20.00 fee.
Products damaged or lost in shipping:
Please contact us as soon as possible if your product was damaged
in shipping or lost by the carrier. Your shipment is fully
insured and guaranteed for safe delivery and we will assist you in
filling a claim for loss. UPS normally takes about 7 days to
investigate a claim. We can not refund or reship any item until
they complete their investigation. As soon as UPS issues a claim
payment authorization, we will reship or 100% refund (shipping
included) at your request.
